Last month, Fountains Transitional Care Center was recognized by the Sharonville Chamber of Commerce as a Champion of Commerce during their annual awards dinner. The new rehabilitation center opened in June 2018 and was voted as a finalist for New Business of the Year. Fountains Transitional Care Center is the only post-acute care provider in the city of Sharonville.

Fountains Transitional Care Center appreciates the opportunity to collaborate with businesses and looks forward to continued networking with the local community in 2019.
