Salem Springlake is a 75-bed residence offering bright interior rooms and hallways overlooking manicured courtyards. A small lake near our home provides a scenic view as well as excellent fishing opportunities for our residents.
Our Community Services
Salem Springlake is skilled nursing community designed to provide a full range of services to meet the individual needs of our residents. Our highly trained, professional staff provides round-the-clock services including intravenous therapy, complex wound care, pain management, and respiratory therapy. Hospice and respite care services are provided by our caring staff. And, physical, occupational, and speech therapy are also offered. Our services enable the recipients to reach the highest level of independence possible.
