Our 2010 National Quality Award winning community is known as the “Freeman Family.” Our staff members not only care for our residents, they care about them. Each resident is treated like a family member: with honor, respect and dignity. And, each staff member provides the best of comfort and care. Daily activities are designed to benefit the needs of each resident and include meals cooked from scratch.
Our Community Features
Freeman Nursing and Rehabilitation Community is a 45-bed residence. It features a private garden with gazebo, a pond and a paved pathway. Furniture and décor create a home-like feel and the warm smiles of our staff members create a welcoming atmosphere.
Our Community Services
Freeman Nursing and Rehabilitation Community is a skilled nursing community which promotes a quick return home, a short respite stay, or a transition for a long-term stay. Rehabilitation residents are placed together and long-term residents are placed together, so that similar care goals are kept in mind. A team of professionals provide comprehensive therapies including physical, occupational, speech and respiratory therapy to help restore lost abilities, strength and function. Our services help restore the quality of life to our residents and enable them to reach the highest level of independence possible.
