Our Community Features

Frederic Nursing and Rehabilitation Community is a 50-bed residence on an eighteen-hole golf course. A patio with raised flower beds and seating area overlooks the ninth hole. It is a location where residents spend time with family and friends. A wheelchair accessible swing is also available. With the help of our activity department, residents may plant vegetables in one of the raised planters, and everyone shows a lot of pride when adding these veggies into their home-cooked meals.

Our Community Services

Frederic Nursing and Rehabilitation Community is a skilled nursing community offering 24-hour nursing care and comprehensive rehabilitation therapy. Our community accepts admissions every day of the week for both short-term rehabilitative or long-term stays. In addition, we offer advanced wound care treatments supervised by a certified wound nurse, intravenous therapy, Alzheimer’s and dementia care, respite stays and hospice care. Our services help restore the quality of life to our residents and enable them to reach the highest level of independence possible.
