After months of work and multiple discussions throughout the company, I am very excited to roll out our Atrium Mission and Culture. As you all know Atrium Centers is now an employee-owned company, and we felt that it was time to give our vision and mission and much needed update.
Together we are owners of these facilities and we all need to continue to work diligently to take great care of our employees, and our patients and make a little profit for all our employee-owners. It is important that you understand and embrace our culture. It is all our roles to live our culture each day.
Today, I am delighted to share it with all of you.
Our mission at Atrium Centers is to serve as a bright light in the lives of our residents and families, by delivering compassionate care of excellent quality in the communities they call home.
Our promise to our customers is simple;
We will be a light
to moms and dads,
and sons and daughters
in every community, we have the privilege to serve.
It’s in our name and our nature
An Atrium is made to welcome you.
It is filled with natural light
Our light.
Owned 100% by our employees, Atrium is more than a skilled nursing center, it is a center of compassion, where every heart and set of hands are committed to a common goal.
Whether this is a stop on your path to healing or the place you call home, you are in exceptional hands here. Moreover, we are honored to light the way.
Our vision is to be the best provider of skilled nursing care in every community we serve. We are a 100% employee-owned skilled nursing provider, where every team member is committed to delivering clinical excellence and compassionate care, as part of the community you call home.
Our values at Atrium are based on the 3 C’s. Compassion, Community, and Clinical Excellence
Compassion – We care deeply for our patients, their families, and for each other. We put humanity at the heart of every interaction and recognize that it is a privilege to serve others.
Community – We are all in this together. An employee-owned company, serving patients and families in the communities they hold dear. We work as a team and lift each other up.
Clinical Excellence – We provide great care. No matter our role, we work in service to the standard of clinical excellence.
We want everyone to feel comfortable, cared for, and at home with us. We communicate openly and honestly with patients, their families, and each other. We are one Atrium – employee-owned, committed to each other’s success and the well-being of all Atrium patients.
Over the next few months we will be rolling out our updated culture in more detail through our monthly management is listening meetings and through various text messaging. So please keep your eyes out and make sure we have your most recent phone number on file. In addition, Happy New Year, I wish you all a healthy, happy, and successful 2023!
Sincerely,
Susan Albright Ross
